[collectd] Derive and absolute datasource support

Hi,

i've made simple patch to add support to derive and absolute
datasources in collectd. I had problem with wrapping counters after
reset when i got data from things like haproxy stats and using gauge
DS from rrdtool solves that type of problems. Most of code is just
copy-n-paste of code supporting counter DS so hopefully i didn't make
some retarded mistakes (as my C skills aren't very good).
Hopefully someone will find that piece of code useful :)
