[collectd] Collectd 5.8 genial gpg issue

Hi,

I was able to install collectd earlier from the ci server. But today it is
failing with following error...

W: GPG error: http://pkg.ci.collectd.org/deb xenial Release: The following
signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available:
NO_PUBKEY 3994D24FB8543576
W: The repository 'http://pkg.ci.collectd.org/deb xenial Release' is not
signed.
N: Data from such a repository can't be authenticated and is therefore
potentially dangerous to use.

Has the key been removed? I am not able to search the key (id
3994D24FB8543576) at server keys.gnupg.net.
