[collectd] Reminder: Please respond to the invite for pre-FOSDEM meetup

this is a gentle reminder, if you'd like to participate at the 
contributors meetup and did not respond yet (or are unsure), please
let me know.

The same is true for the team dinner: if you'd like to meet us
there, please let me know.

If you're late in the game, and would like to join us at the collectd
meetup in Brussels on Jan 31 and Feb 01 this year, please let me know
and we'll try to make it happen.
