[collectd] Issue writing a new python plugin for collectd

Hello,

I am trying to write a collectd plugin in python and while writing that, I
was following the guide mentioned at
https://collectd.org/documentation/manpages/collectd-python.5.shtml

While trying to execute, the python interpreter complains that, Module has
no object named Values.
Unable to find a workaround to this problem, looking forward to some help.
