I'm trying to get collectd to write data to influxdb. The folks on the
influxdb list suggested I do so with the java plugin.When I configure it
and restart collectd I get:
Sep 11 15:35:47 localhost collectd: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM warning: INFO:
os::commit_memory(0x00007f803559d000, 2555904, 1) failed; error='Permission

Sep 11 15:35:47 localhost collectd: #
Sep 11 15:35:47 localhost collectd: # There is insufficient memory for the
Java Runtime Environment to continue.
Sep 11 15:35:47 localhost collectd: # Native memory allocation (mmap)
failed to map 2555904 bytes for committing reserved memory.

Any pointers on how to resolve this?
