[collectd] Exec plugin - forked process freezing with 4.10.1 on Ubuntu 12.04 (precise)

Hi,

It looks as pretty much same things as I encountered identical behavior.
I also at some point ran bisect on that and find when it "broke":

altho  I'm not sure if its "new" or "old" bug because after that I
splitted my collectd instalation to so exec never runs on
unixsock-enabled ones
