[collectd] Large interval difficulties

the RRD files have an "interval" property themselves, so when changing
the interval in collectd or your plugin, you need to remove the created
RRD files so they are regenerated with the correct interval setting.

Other than that you must make sure you set (value_list_t).interval
correctly -- if it is smaller than one it will be set to "interval_g".

So, if in doubt, just delete the RRD files and they will be recreated
with the correct settings.
