I've got it. But there are (at least) two different ways for doing it.
One is to poll data from unixsock with commands 'hey collectd, give me
some data'. Other which I suggest is to listen to collectd data stream.
Latter has some pros and contras. Pros is that it may be simply injected
somewhere into system and won't generate duplicated data.
On other hand it's more difficult to implement.
