It's autoconf 2.61(-4)

...and normally automake 1.4(-p6-12), but make complained about the
version and wanted 1.9(.6+nogfdl-3) - so I installed it..

With 1.4 it doesn't work at all (complains, he wants 1.9) and with 1.9
it behaves as described before..
