[collectd] Switching to `git'

sorry folks, the correct URL is `git://git.verplant.org/collectd.git'

Also, `git-svnimport', the tool I used to import the Subversion
repository, made some very weird mistakes. The history is therefore
very buggy. That sucks, but I don't know a way around it. What I have
done is this: I checked out every tag, made a diff to the corresponding
tag in the Subversion repository and commited that to Git. Since that's
a lot of work I only did that for the `collectd-3.9.*' tags.

If you experience any problems with them (or with the current `master')
please let me know.
