[collectd] problems with ping and unreachable hosts

I'm sorry, but I can't reproduce the problem. Do you use the version of
`liboping' that's shipped with collectd or a seperate installation? If
so, which version? Have you tried the `oping' tool? Is it possible to
reproduce the problem with that? What other plugins do you use?
