[collectd] problems with ping and unreachable hosts

Hi,
I think I found a bug in the ping-plugin:
I am using the amd64 debian package 3.10.0-1 from verplant.org and the
sample collection.cgi to show the generated data.
While a host is unreachable no data from other reachable hosts gets
written. It would be nice, if this behaviour could be improved.
