[collectd] collectd-3.7.1 compile error, et. al.

I just fixed this error and commited the fix to Subversion.

There was just a minor typo in the while-loop that reads the battery's state
file.

An updated Debian package (linked against librrd 1.2 however) for Sarge is
available using the following sources.list line:

  deb http://debian.tokkee.org/backports/ sarge collectd rrdtool
