Hm, possibly.. RFC3493 does mention the value.. Anyway, I've included
#ifdef's around it.

Unfortunately liboping doesn't support systems without IPv6. This
decision was made because ``no system could possibly still be lacking
IPv6 support''.. Well, guess again ;)
