[collectd] Version 5.9.2 available

Can I ask you to update https://collectd.org/download.shtml?

It says "Version 5.7" and points to 5.9.0.

That website is used by release-monitoring.org to track new versions of 
collectd:

https://release-monitoring.org/project/17702/

Alternatively, I can ping release-monitoring.org people to start using 
https://github.com/collectd/collectd/releases instead.
