[collectd] collectd 5.8.1 release?

Hello,

since the last stable release, quite a few (more or less) important
patches have been added to collectd. Can we ask for a 5.8.1 release?

To get things started, I've proposed a changelog [1] and I really hope,
I did not forget anything important there.

What is the way to get this forward here?
