[collectd] collectd 5.6 release schedule

I think one problem which really requied to be resolved in new release is the issue with Memcached:

https://github.com/collectd/collectd/pull/894 -  memcached: report global Hostname by default #894 
https://github.com/collectd/collectd/issues/801 -  memcached multi-instances KO #801 
https://github.com/collectd/collectd/pull/905 -  Support for memcached name alias #905 
https://github.com/collectd/collectd/issues/458 -  Memcached plugin doesn't resolve hostnames anymore #458

As well as possible other reports.

That is long-standing problem and we must not postpone it again and again.
Volitional decision of this problem is necessary.
