It appears not. Looking at the source (https://github.com/collectd/collectd/blob/master/src/bind.c), the plugin stanza only takes one URL parameter.  If you put more than one URL, nothing gets logged and only one of the URLs is used (either the first or last, not sure).  Multiple plugin stanzas won't work either.
