[collectd] Collectd on Ubuntu 12.04 kafka plugin

If I remember correctly we did that 6 months ago and we had to manually
build from source, not just collectd but all missing dependencies. Also I
think we had to patch collectd's configure script to enable kafka on ubuntu
12.
