[collectd] a question on collectd's processes plugin

Hi There,

Thank you very much for developing such a great plugin! While using it, I
notice that cutime and cstime are not included in the calculation. May I
ask why? A process (such as the one shown below) can fork many short-lived
processes. It would be great if cutime and cstime are included in the
calculation as well.
