[collectd] wiki / tsdb writers plugins

Hi,

I wanted to add the opentsdb writer plugins[1,2] to the wiki page[3] but 
contrary to the proclamations on the main page[4] was unable to find a 
way to either edit or sign up with the wiki.

Can anybody on this list help?
