[collectd] Building RPM on AWS - RPATH failures

Hi,

I've attached the rpmbuild SPEC file. The relevant lines are:

%build
%configure --enable-java --with-java=%{java_home}/ --disable-battery
--disable-rpath
%{__make} %{?_smp_mflags}
