[collectd] Ceph plugin for collectd

Hello,

Perfwatcher (http://perfwatcher.org) needs a Collectd plugin named 
jsonrpc.
That plugin uses libjson and has proved it stability (at least for the 
use that Collectd-jsonrpc/Perfwatcher does)

For your information, I moved from libyajl to libjson with no problem a 
little more than 1 year ago. I don't remember the precise reason for 
that move, but it was probably a missing feature in libyajl.
Today, it would be a lot of work to move back to libyajl for that 
plugin.

But you do not care about my mail because jsonrpc is not an official 
plugin of Collectd :)
