[collectd] location of collected data

I think all plugins are built when you install from the source; you just
need to enable the ones you want in the config file.  Here is what I've
done (under fedora)
in /etc/collectd.conf, uncomment the line
*LoadPlugin rrdtool
*
and the*n tell collectd where to store rrd files in the *<Plugin rrdtool>
</Plugin> section
In my case, I have them in /usr/var/lib/collectd/rrd
