[collectd] Trying to understand interval of sent stats

Hi Bruce,

Are you looking for the Interval, Timeout, and ReadThreads options in the global section of the config? http://collectd.org/documentation/manpages/collectd.conf.5.shtml#global_options

These define how often a data point should be collected. As far as sending collected data points, that varies by write plugin. For example, the network plugin will send a batch of data points.
