[collectd] collection 4/nginx

I'm exited about using these really neat tools, but I need some help 
setting up c4.  I'd really like to use it with nginx, which doesn't 
spawn fcgi processes directly.  It looks like collection.fcgi is the 
(only) executable, but running it from the shell prompt doesn't seem 
to do anything.  A look at main.c seems to indicate that it doesn't 
take any command-line arguments either.  Some help would be greatly 
appreciated.
