[collectd] sysctl plugin?

Hi,

I was wondering if there's any chance the sysctl plugin could be
incorporated.
There is some discussion
here<http://collectd.1051573.n5.nabble.com/collectd-PATCH-Simple-sysctl-plugin-td4444437.html>,
but I can't find evidence of it anywhere in the source.
This would be hugely helpful for FreeBSD people as a lot of plugins are
linux only.

Regards,
Lee
