[collectd] NFS v4 plugin?

Hello,

I have not worked on nfsv4 specifically, but have a look on my pull 
request #188 (https://github.com/collectd/collectd/pull/188).
This is a big patch on the nfs plugin to collect statistics from 
/proc/self/mountstats, just like iostat -n would do.
