[collectd] Still won't compile on Ubuntu Server 11.04, 11.10

I've actually already have 1 article on published on Collectd, a basic installation
How-to.

It's in the July 2011 Issue on Security.  
http://bsdmag.org

They ask for your email so they can email you announcements when the magazine is
published, since it's pdf only.

The follow-up, will be on presentation of the data..  hopefully..
