[collectd] Onewire plugin extension

Hi,

I have made minor extension to the onewire plugin and was wondering if 
anybody would like to take it over.

Basically there are two changes:
- added families 22 and 28 (very similar thermometers to the existing 10 
/ DS18S20 - for example DS18B20 or DS1822).
- added the option of configuring direct access to any file within the 
OWFS tree (more freedom and slightly faster). See the updated man page 
in the patch.

The attached patch is against the latest official version 
http://collectd.org/files/collectd-5.0.1.tar.gz
