[collectd] iptables, netlink, irq plugins seems not to work correctly

I can confirm the problems with the irq plugin. Platform: RHEL6 86_64, collectd 5.0.0 running on vmware. I haven't looked into it so far, however, it causes collected to stop working reliable so I had to turn it off.
