[collectd] tail plugin exclude match

hi

I wonder if there's a simple possibility to exclude lines from matching
with the tail plugin when they contain a certain pattern.

More concrete, i would like to count log lines of squid MISSes, but
don't count those coming from 127.0.0.1


I'm searching for something like "ExcludeRegExp".
