[collectd] ntohll and htonll patch for OpenSolaris

Hi Florian,

Manuel Sanmartin 's patch is similar to mine and it will work for me too :).
This patch is just checking for htonll function and assume the other
function ntohll exists (which probably is true). I was checking for both
htonll and ntohll and had two separate defines.
