[collectd] libtoolize fails from build.sh

this looks like "libtoolize" wants to create a file called
"COPYING.LIB", possibly as a (new) default license file for a library. I
don't think this is a very clever behavior for "libtoolize", especially
since a file "COPYING" should already exist in the top source directory.

What version of libtool are you using? Im using Debian Testing,
currently with libtool 2.2.6b-2. It is perfectly happy with the present
"COPYING" file.
