[collectd] patch for rrdcached plugin

Hi Thorsten,

thanks for your patch :) I was wondering if it was possible to move that
configuration handling to src/utils_rrdcreate.c, too? This way we
couldn't need the code duplication.

The documentation could probably be consolidated in the same manner, by
moving those options to a section called “Createing RRD-files” or
something like this.
