[collectd] Derive/Absolute datasource patch for 4.7.0

Hi,

would be nice ;). Atm i will be testing it on production server
(already found 1 bug, ill send updated patch when i get a bit of free
time) so hopefully i can catch some more bugs, at least in plugins I
use.
