[collectd] Notifications in 4.6.2 and 4.7

Hi people!

When I installed collectd 4.6.2 I cannot receive any notification
configured by threshold tag in config file. Few days ago, I post a
possible patch [1] in a reply of similar problem, but when I untar the
4.7 versions I've the same situation, no threshold processing.

Is it really a bug? Is it a feature ? Maybe thresholds will be
deprecated by filters?
