[collectd] [PATCH] couchdb plugin

Hi Doug,

I've just applied your CouchDB plugin to the master branch; thanks again
:)

I have to admit the `magic' member in `couchdb_key_t' or rather its use
is not my most favorite solution ever, but I can see that introducing
(and allocating) a new structure to determine the contents of the tree
is quite some overhead, too.

Unfortunately there is no Debian package for the `yajl' library, so I
didn't try to compile the plugin.
