[collectd] memcached plugin not working on solaris

Hi,

I have enabled collectd's memcached plugin on Solaris 10 but I keep
getting the following error in the collectd logs:
memcached: getaddrinfo (127.0.0.1, 11211): service name not available
for the specified socket type

As a result of which rrd files aren't  getting generated. It seems
that getaddrinfo funcation is failing on Solaris 10 since we aren't
passing ai_hints data structure to it which sets the socket type.

The patch with the fix is attached.
