[collectd] ping plugin problem

Hi Sebastian,
thanks for reply.
I'm using liboping that comes with collectd-4.6.3. Changelog ends on  
version 0.2.2, so i believe it is the version there.

I compiled collect with debug and liboping with WITH_DEBUG, and here's  
full log from collect and liboping:

I'll try to compile it with version 0.3.5 and see if problem still exists.
