[collectd] ping plugin problem

Which version of liboping do you use? There is a bug in version 1.1 (and
possibly 1.0 as well) that causes such behavior. Unfortunately, I have
not had the time yet to finish a patch but I hope to do so tonight. For
now, downgrading to 0.3.x is probably the only way to get around that,
I'm afraid.
