[collectd] Announcing the collectd Wiki

Hi everybody,

the suggestion has been around for a while (2006 to be precise ;) and I
finally made it happen: collectd now has a shiny, new and, most of all,
empty wiki at:

  http://collectd.org/wiki/

I have spent some hours copying the existing plugin documentation into
the wiki and I plan to move the documents found under

  "Special documentation" [0]
  "Development articles"  [1]

into the wiki, too.

By moving stuff into the wiki, I hope to make it easier for others to
contribute documentation, fix typos, remove ambiguities, and so on. On
the "Table of Plugins" [2] page, for example, has still many links that
lead to non-existent plugin pages.

It's currently possible to edit pages without creating a user account
first. If we get serious problems with spam and/or vandalism, I'll
change that, but I hope that I can leave it as it is.
