[collectd] collectd and the Web 2.0 (github, twitter)

Hi,

in our need for some serious procrastination we dug out all those
pastel colored JavaScript showcases and registered accounts for
collectd. If you're into hype things, feel free to check it out:

   icenti.ca account for collectd. It's possible to post from our IRC
   channel, so you'll mostly find development related stuff in there.
