[collectd] Version 4.8 schedule

Hi all,

I'm writing to discuss the release schedule for version 4.8. My initial
intention was to release 4.8 in mid-August, three months after 4.7.
Unfortunately, I wasn't quite able to make that.

I'd like to propose the following new schedule: We start a feature
freeze on September 1st. This will leave you with almost three weeks to
finish up any cool features you are currently working on. The version
will then be released on September 13th, so we will have almost two
weeks for testing and polishing.

Any ideas, comments or complaints?
