[collectd] collectd makes high cpu load?

do you use the `rrdtool' plugin? If so, how is it configured (just post
the configuration of the plugin here) and how many RRD files (how to
find out: [0]) do you have? Also, what kind of storage do you use? How
much memory does the machine have?
