[collectd] enhancement for notification format

Hi,

what do you think about a little enhancement for the notification format ?

My suggetion:

All lines should have a "key: value" pair and all data should be
accessable via this format.

Maybe something like this:

Severity: FAILURE
Time: 1204725290
Host: myserver
Plugin: load
Type: load
Instance: longterm
threshold: 1.300000
curreent: 3.070000
Message: Host myserver, plugin load type load: Data source "shortterm" is currently 3.070000. That is above the failure threshold of 1.300000.
--snip--

This format can simply be stored in a hash and new values of future
releases doesn't produce any parsing problems ...

I do not get viruses because I do not use MS software.
If you use Outlook then please do not put my email address in your
address-book so that WHEN you get a virus it won't use my address in the
From field.
