[collectd] Where can I find notification

Up to version 4.4, only the logfile plugin supports to actually dispatch
notifications, i.e. they will only show up in the logfile (if that
plugin has been enabled). In the current development version in the Git
VCS repository, "notify_email" and "notify_desktop" are available as
well, which are able to send emails or "desktop  notifications" upon
notifications dispatched by collectd. Those plugins will be available in
the next release (4.5).
