[collectd] Gentoo Linux ebuild

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that there is an updated ebuild
(package) for Gentoo Linux of your software.  I am just a user, so it
is located in Gentoo Bugzilla, bug# 107076.  I will try to watch out
for new releases and try to keep the ebuild updated, unless you do not
want me to.

The package I downloaded, 4.3.1, had a GPL-3 license and that is what
I set it to in the ebuild.  Let me know if this is incorrect.
