[collectd] snmp plugin not writing rrd's

this was actually the case.. After some discussion on IRC we found out
that the problem was that Matt had set `StepSize' and `HeartBeat' in the
rrdtool plugin explicitely. Thus these values were *forced* on newly
created RRD-files which, of course, didn't work well with an interval of
60 seconds. Have you set these options, too?

I've changes the parts of the manpage which describe these options to
make it absolutely clear that they should be unset in everyday use.
