[collectd] Unknown Issue

collectd-3 writes errors to `syslog' and changes into the `DataDir'
where a corefile would be written.

With collectd-4 you need to load on of the logging-plugins, e. g.
`logfile' and/or `syslog'. The daemon also chdirs to a specific
directory, this time configured with the `BaseDir' argument.
